PROG 141 – Keep Your Sanity – Part Two

One notable characteristic of great American football players throughout history is their ability to take a hit and keep on going. Another characteristic is their ability to keep their head in the game. They’re determined, unshakable. Even when things look bad they’re able to hang in there and come from behind to win final victory.

Today of Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo presents part 2 of his message from Acts chapter 28 titled, “Keep Your Sanity”.

Acts 28

A famous engine designer was tasked with developing a new type of engine, to be shown at an upcoming trade show. After months of exhausting work the prototype fired up the first time and he was hailed as a hero. Within a few minutes engine inexplicably sputter to a stop, and then he was dubbed horrendous. This crazy cycle continued until the day of the show, when the new engine worked perfectly.

PROG 138 – Living On A Promise – Part One

God has given us so many wonderful promises. One of my favorites is Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God and are the called according to His purpose.” and in Hebrews 13:5, “For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”, and there many more, each given for our benefit.

PROG 137 – But God Helped – Part Two

Have you ever found yourself on the wrong side of an argument, and as it proceeds your argument gets weaker and weaker, while your opponent’s argument gets stronger because, in fact, they’re right. You may even suspect they’re right, but argue on. At some point, however, you realize that it’s pointless to argue against the truth.

Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo continues in Acts 25 where we initially find Paul on the wrong side of an argument.

One day, a person who loved God and purposed to live a life pleasing to God, came into work only to find that their workplace was being closed and their job was lost. PROG 135 – How To Handle Prolonged Pressure – Part Two

I’ve heard Pastor David say many times that, “ You can’t put a price on a good conscience.” If you know in your heart that you’re doing right, according to the word of God, you have a piece and confidence that God will deliver you from the pressures of this life. If God is for you, who can be against you.

Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo continues his message from Acts chapter 24, on how to handle prolonged pressure.

Acts 24

PROG 134 – How To Handle Prolonged Pressure – Part One

Back in the sixties during the early civil rights and peace movements when social pressures were high, it was common to comfort each other with the phrase “Keep The Faith, Brother” or “Keep The Faith, Sister”. Although, often used in a secular context, this phrase was founded in Christianity and in a fundamental spiritual principle, which does bring comfort, faith in God.

Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo presents a message from Acts chapter 24, addressing how to handle prolonged pressure.

PROG 133 – Though The Journey Be Rough The Destiny Is Sure – Part Two

I heard a funny joke a while ago, where a chicken and pig were walking down the street and noticed a restaurant advertising a free ham and eggs breakfast. The chicken said proudly, yup, I’m giving my eggs for that breakfast. And the pig said, yes, I’ll be giving as well, but for me, it’s a total commitment. Although the joke is funny, it also makes a valid point.

Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo continues in Acts chapter 21, where he presents a message on commitment.

PROG 132 – Though The Journey Be Rough The Destiny Is Sure – Part One

When first married, a young man got a job as a spaghetti cutter in pasta factory, a hot dusty job making minimum wage. It was honest work, but he wanted a family and needed more, so he applied to college. God provided the ability and the means, and as long as he didn’t quit he would achieve the goal. A few years later he received a degree in Engineering. It was the hardest thing he had ever done, but worth it.

Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo is in Acts chapter 21, where we study Paul’s mission to Jerusalem.
