Welcome to another edition of Victorious life with Pastor David Crespo
Disobedience: Unwillingness to comply with the guidance of authority, especially refusal to follow Gods will.
In the church, there will be those who claim to be Christians but refuse to follow the direction of Gods word. Paul tells us in Galatians 6:1, “Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.” We are to lovingly but firmly correct these individuals, and If they refuse our correction we are commanded to withdraw from them.
Let’s continue with today’s message, here’s Pastor David!
As members of God’s church, it’s good to take time to pray for those who teach us God’s word and guide us in our faith. Let’s be mindful to often keep in our prayers our Pastors, church leaders and those who dedicate their time to the Lord working behind the scenes. Pray that God would grant them strength, wisdom, comfort and even rest. Paul the Apostle asked for prayer. Paul understood the importance of being covered in prayer and we do our leaders well when we cover them in prayer.
Today on Victorious Life, Pastor David Crespo shares on this important subject as we continue in our study, in the book of second Thessalonians chapter three.
When reading our bibles we shouldn’t speculate or come up with our own conclusions when certain scriptures are not very clear or give much understanding. Especially when it comes to the end times and the coming of The Lord! There are many who have concluded that they knew the time and were proven wrong. We need to accept the fact that if God wanted us to know He would have told us!
Today on victorious Life Pastor David Crespo continues his study through second Thessalonians chapter 2 where Paul talks about the coming of the lawless one and the end times.
When it comes to preaching the gospel in today’s society we may think it’s a difficult thing, and sometimes it can be, but compared to Paul the Apostle we have it made! Paul faced death threats, stoning, imprisonment, being bound by chains and even being whipped to near death. Paul had to fear for his life! All for doing what was right!
Today on Victorious Life Pastor David Crespo continues his message in second Thessalonians, where he explains why Paul was writing to the church of Thessalonica.

As Christians, we mustn’t seek revenge or repay evil for evil when we are persecuted for our faith. Instead, we must set a good example and pray for our persecutors that they would come to the saving knowledge of Christ. Let us be encouraged by God’s word… “when The Lord Jesus is revealed from Heaven with His mighty Angels, He will take vengeance on those who do not know God, or not obey the gospel!
Today on Victorious Life Pastor David Crespo introduces the book of Second Thessalonians.
Paul’s 2nd Epistle to the church of Thessalonica, was written not only to encourage believers in their faith, but also to address and correct the false ideas that had arisen about the Second Coming of Christ. As Christians, we need to be in God’s word, and we need to know God’s word, to protect us from false teachings and false ideas.
